The Red Helmets Foundation completes her digital device to enhance citizens' solidarity
The Red Helmets Foundation launched those last days the French Amber Alert on Windows Phone 7. The mobile apps are now available on all platforms, which completes the digital device put in place to enhance citizens' solidarity. From now on, 90% of smartphones' users may be alerted when the Amber Alert is launched.

Convinced of the importance of new technologies to help victims, Nicole  Guedj committed herself to the creation of the ‘kidnapping e-@lert’ on  the Internet, in May 2009, in partnership with Orange, Free, SFR

Alerte Enlèvement: Signature of a new agreement with the Chancellery
Nicole Guedj signed Tuesday, April 20, at the Chancellery, a new convention "Alerte Enlèvement", the kidnapping alert, with Michele Alliot-Marie, Minister of Justice, and the new partners of the plan.

The iPhone application "Alerte Enlèvement" has reached the TOP 50 of the Apple Store
4 days after  its upload on iTunes and Proxima mobile, the application of the "Alerte Enlèvement", the French kidnapping alert, has been downloaded more than 25 000 times.

Install this application on your mobile to be alerted after a kidnapping. 

 

The application will be available soon for Blackberry, Androïd and Windows Mobile.

Une application Alerte Enlèvement pour les mobiles
L'intérêt général s'invite sur les mobiles. À l'occasion du lancement du portail de services Proxima Mobile , quelques nouvelles applications pour mobile sont annoncées. C'est le cas du dispositif Alerte Enlèvement, qui est maintenant disponible sur mobile.    

Les fonctionnalités présentes sont simples et efficaces. Le coeur du dispositif est basé sur le push d'informations, c'est-à-dire que l'application peut recevoir et afficher des informations à tout moment, dès lors que l'utilisateur a accepté de les recevoir sous cette forme.

Le dispositif "Alerte enlèvement", qui consiste à avertir le public lors de l'enlèvement d'un enfant, sera bientôt étendu aux téléphones portables. Une application mobile sera disponible dès la fin de l'année 2009 sur le portail "Proxima Mobile", a annoncé lundi la Fondation Casques Rouges dans le cadre de l'appel à projets lancé par Nathalie Kosciusko-Morizet, secrétaire d'État à l'Économie numérique.

« Alerte enlèvement » sur mobile
D'ici à la fin de l'année, le dispositif Alerte-enlèvement sera disponible sur téléphone multimédia (iPhone, BlackBerry, etc.) et aussi par SMS.

La Fondation Casques Rouges, qui a importé ce concept des Etats-Unis en 2006, vient d'obtenir un financement du secrétariat d'Etat au Numérique, dans le cadre d'un appel à projets. Après avoir reçu une notification d'alerte, les utilisateurs inscrits recevront automatiquement le signalement de l'enfant disparu.

Le dispositif Alerte enlèvement aujourd'hui relayé par les radios, télévisions et journaux va inclure prochainement les téléphones mobiles, a annoncé hier Le Parisien. Ce projet a été proposé par l’ancienne secrétaire d’Etat aux Droits des victimes, Nicole Guedj. FP

The Alerte Enlèvement Soon Available On Your Mobile.
After recently winning the subvention of Nathalie Kosciusko-Morizet, French Minister of Digital Economy, the Red Helmets Foundation will offer as soon as early 2010, a mobilephone application for the Alerte Enlèvement. Available on iPhone, Androïd, Blackberry, Windows Mobile and others smartphones, it will enable to alert instantaneously, 2 out of 3 French persons of a child kidnapping.

On the activation of the alert, the users that would have uploaded the application will receive a notification alert on their mobile that will give them the description of the kidnapped child. The users will then be able to participate in the research by telephone, text or e-mail.
