Créée en 2006 par Nicole Guedj, la Fondation Casques Rouges est un facilitateur de l’action humanitaire, qui s’est fixé deux objectifs majeurs :

Faciliter l’intervention des acteurs humanitaires en situation d’urgence grâce à l’élaboration et à la mise à disposition d’outils technologiques innovants (Emergesat, Missing.net) |
